Have you found a redemption card in one of our products?

Congratulations!  

Some of our bonus cards require the use of redemption cards.  If you find one of these cards, please carefully follow the redemption instructions printed on the back of the card.  

Please note that effective July 2003 we have a new address that may not be reflected on your redemption card if you have purchased an older product.  You will receive quickest service if you send your completed card to:

Be sure to clearly print your name and complete mailing address on the outside of your envelope.  This is especially important if you are mailing from outside the US.  If your envelope is mis-directed, the post office will not be able to return your mail unless you have that information on the envelope.  We are not responsible for lost mail.

You can send multiple redemptions in one envelope.  But we recommend using certified or registered (recorded) delivery to ensure safe arrival, particularly if mailing from outside the US.  If you prefer to use an independent delivery service like UPS, you will need to address your envelope to our physical address:  Inkworks, 300 Dominion Dr.  Suite 550, Morrisville, NC  27560.

If you already sent your redemption card to our Raleigh, NC post office box, it will be forwarded to us.  We do not use fulfillment agencies for redemptions.   If you have concerns about anyone who says that they will redeem an autographed card on our behalf, please let us know.   It is very important that you include your name and complete mailing address so that we can mail your bonus card to you. If your handwriting is difficult to read, please type the requested information on a separate piece of paper.  Better yet, apply a printed mailing label to the card.

Did you find an expired redemption card?  If so, we will probably still be able to honor it if we still have inventory of the item.  We make every attempt to honor expired redemptions, provided we still have inventory on hand.  Send us an e-mail if you'd like to check availability of a particular card. 

We try to fill redemptions the same day they arrive at our office.  If there is a delay in returning your bonus card, it may be that we are waiting for the autographed cards to arrive.  Since the autographed cards are typically signed by working actors, their filming schedules may make it difficult for them to get the cards to us in a timely fashion.
