Movie Story Cards from Inkworks
RALEIGH,
NC – June 21, 2002 – The new
Scooby-Doo Movie snagged over $54 million in box office receipts in
its opening weekend. The
blockbuster release had the second biggest June opening in history and
posted the third biggest opening of the year behind only Star Wars:
Attack of the Clones and Spiderman.
Inkworks
brings all of the excitement and mystery of the Scooby-Doo live-action
film to a dazzling new set of collectible trading cards:

The Scooby-Doo Movie stars Sarah Michelle Gellar as Daphne,
Freddie Prinze, Jr. as Fred, Matthew Lillard as Shaggy, Linda
Cardellini as Velma and, of course, Scooby-Doo!
The base set of 72 cards captures the tale of this dynamic
mystery-solving gang and features scenes from the movie.
In addition, the base set contains Character Cards, Movie Story
Cards, Welcome to Spooky Island Cards, Mystery Inc. Cards and more.

That’s not all. Collectors
also have the chance to find several levels of specially created,
randomly inserted bonus cards including:

SCOOBY-DOO STICKER CARDS – 72 sticker cards. The same fun designs of the regular cards printed on a peel-away sticker. Collect the entire parallel set. (72 sticker cards – Appx. odds 1:1 pack).

SCOOBY-DOO SPARKLY CARDS – Six cards featuring groovy foil effects. (Six cards – Appx. odds 1:11 packs).

PLUS - special BOX LOADER and CASE LOADER cards – Four different box loader cards (one card per sealed display box) and one special case loader card (one card per sealed case).
Scooby-Doo Movie card packs contain six collector cards plus one sticker card and have a suggested retail price of $1.99 each. Display boxes contain 36 packs and cases contain 10 boxes. Inkworks guarantees that each sealed display box will contain at least one complete, defect-free base set and will gladly replace any damaged cards or replace any cards missing from the base set.
A
Scooby-Doo Movie Collector Album has been created to hold these cards
and sticker cards. It has a
suggested retail price of $19.95.
